Sale Terms: Cash with a 15% non-refundable down payment the day of the auction, and the balance payable in
certified funds on or before July 24th, the date of closing. Buyer will receive full possession of the land on March 1, 2016.
Buyer will receive credit at closing for one-half of the 2015 rental income and will pay one-half of the 2015 real estate taxes.
